Stance offers a flexible return policy for their customers. Full and promotional priced items can be returned to a Stance Retail Store within 60 days of the original purchase (or within 60 days of receiving an online order) for a full refund, exchange (accepted at Stance Retail Store only), or in-store credit, with the exception of face masks and Last Chance Sale items. To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear.
