After the order is fulfilled, an email notification with tracking information will be sent to the customer. For orders within the EU, including Norway, free shipping is available for orders over €50 with Post Nord. The delivery time within the EU is estimated to be between 2-10 days. For delivery outside of the EU, the estimated delivery time is 8-16 days. It is important to note that if the order is placed before 13.00 CET from Monday to Thursday, it will be sent out on the same day. However, orders placed after 13.00 CET will be sent out on the next working day. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more detailed information. International shipping is available, but shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. The brand also offers the option to ship with UPS, with prices calculated at checkout. Portia return policy

Portia offers a convenient return policy for their customers. Within Sweden, returns are free, except for sales items which have a return fee of 30SEK. To initiate a return, customers can contact the customer service team at hello@portia.se to arrange the process. For returns within the EU, including Norway, the return fee is 12 €, while for global returns, the fee is 22 €. The brand has a 14-day return policy, allowing customers to return their items within this time frame. To return a purchase, customers need to request a QR Code from the customer service team and present it at their local Postnord Office.
