Desplans offers a variety of shipping options for their customers. For orders within France, they use Colissimo Suivi for most works, with delivery taking place within 9 working days of dispatch. If a customer is not at home during delivery, a delivery note will be left for them to collect their package from the post office within 15 days. A tracking number is provided for each order, allowing customers to track their package on the Colissimo website. For framed works in A0 format, a specialist carrier is used, with delivery by appointment within seven working days. The carrier will come directly to the customer's house if requested. Customers can inquire about the status of their shipment via email.
