Mirae Paris offers worldwide shipping, excluding Russia. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the second working day. For Metropolitan France, delivery is free for standard shipping, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is also available for a cost of 15 €, with a delivery time of 24 working hours after dispatch. For the rest of the world, international shipping is free, and orders are dispatched the second working day after placement. Mirae Paris covers customs and import charges for international deliveries, ensuring that customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon receipt of their package.

Mirae Paris offers a 15-day return or exchange policy for all or part of your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean, and must be returned with the label intact. To initiate a return, customers in France need to slip the delivery note into the return package, complete it with the order number and name, and then visit the "Return" section on the Mirae Paris website to fill in the required fields and print the return slip. The slip should be stuck on the outside of the package, which can then be dropped off at the post office before the 15-day deadline. For sale items, the cost of return shipping (5.50 euros) will be deducted from the refund. For customers in the Euro zone and international customers, returns are not free and a return fee will be charged. International customers also need to pay all customs fees at the time of shipping. The refund will be processed within approximately 10 days upon receipt of the return package.
