For non-custom orders, they are typically processed and shipped within the week of purchase if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the customer will be notified via email. Custom orders, on the other hand, take approximately 8-9 weeks to create and ship. However, the turnaround time is an estimation and not a guarantee, as unexpected delays may occur. Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
Non-custom and custom combined orders will be shipped together once the custom pieces are complete, unless otherwise stated. If customers prefer to receive their non-custom pieces first, they can contact orders@senianewyork.com. Overall, Senia New York strives to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for its customers.
Senia New York offers a return policy for unworn, non-custom jewelry within seven days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Customers should email orders@senianewyork.com to initiate the return process. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs. The refund will be processed within ten days of receipt of the returned package, and it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear back on the original payment method. Any discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. If the jewelry was purchased through one of Senia New York's retail partners, the return must be handled directly with that entity.
