ENNUI Atelier offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for purchases made from ennuiatelier.com. This policy also applies to items bought during offline events or pop-ups. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be returned unused in its original box. Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be refundable and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to ENNUI Atelier. It is recommended to use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage. Once ENNUI Atelier receives and checks the item(s), refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. Payments may take up to 14 working days to process. Exchanges will be processed within 14 days, subject to stock availability. Samples and discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange. ENNUI Atelier will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. The customer is also responsible for any duties and taxes incurred during the return process.
