Guava Family offers fast and free shipping to customers within the contiguous United States. However, shipping charges do apply for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as for expedited shipping. The shipping amount for these orders can be seen during the checkout process. Orders are processed and a shipping label is created within 1 business day, with shipments leaving the warehouse on the following business day. Unfortunately, Guava Family does not currently ship internationally, but they are working on expanding their shipping capabilities in the future.

Items can be returned within 60 days of receipt if unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping labels are provided for accepted returns; items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
