The return package must be shipped directly to HVISK's warehouse, as they do not collect packages from pick-up points. Once the return is received and processed, customers will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to the original payment account. The duration of the refund depends on the chosen payment method. It is worth mentioning that HVISK does not take responsibility for packages that do not arrive at the warehouse and will not cover any additional fees.
