Delivery times for international orders are typically within 5-14 business days, including order processing time and transport to Global-E's shipping facility. It's important to note that due to recent border closures and reduced international travel, there may be shipping delays. Duties and taxes will be applied to all international orders, except for those shipping to the European Union, Canada, Norway, and Switzerland, which already include taxes and/or duties in the product price. The price quote for duties and taxes is based on the national laws of the shipping country, and these fees are non-refundable through Hourglass Cosmetics. International customers will be billed by Global-E, not Hourglass Cosmetics, at the time of shipping.
