Free shipping
Scentbox offers free shipping within the US on both their monthly subscription service and purchases of full-size bottles. There is no minimum purchase required for free shipping. Currently, Scentbox also ships to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. However, they hope to expand their shipping to additional countries in the near future. Monthly subscription shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the monthly ship date, while orders outside the subscription arrive in 5-10 business days from the order placement. If customers have not received their orders within the recommended time-frame, they can contact Scentbox by emailing info@scentbox.com.
Scentbox return policy
Scentbox has a return policy that differs depending on the type of product purchased. For monthly subscription box choices, there are no refunds or returns available. However, active members in the US are eligible for one free exchange shipment per month. To create an exchange, customers can go to My Account > Manage Exchanges. On full-size bottles and gift sets, Scentbox offers a 30-day store credit policy for unused or unopened products. Cash refunds are not available, but customers will receive store credit that can be applied to any future purchase on the site. It is important to note that Scentbox does not offer cash refunds or returns on any products.
