Hervé Léger offers shipping to all U.S. states and territories, with the exception of P.O. boxes and A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Most standard shipping orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed the same business day and will ship within one business day after the order is placed. However, some orders may take longer to process. For 2nd day and Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm EST on weekdays. Ground weekday orders placed before 12pm EST will ship within 2-3 business days if the address is verified. Orders placed after 12pm EST on weekdays, as well as orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, will be shipped the following business day once inventory is confirmed, address is verified, and order is processed. Hervé Léger does not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an incorrect or defective item was sent. Hervé Léger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Free standard shipping is available for orders $250 and over, with an expected delivery time of 5-8 business days. For orders less than $250, standard shipping costs $10, 2-Day shipping costs $25, and overnight shipping costs $40. International shipping is also available, with different shipping costs depending on the country. Canada shipping costs $25, while all other countries cost $50.
Hervé Léger has a return policy in place for orders within the US. All returns must be done online and will incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and unused, with the receipt and tags attached. Heavily discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. The return process must be completed within a certain time limit, although the specific time frame is not mentioned. Once the package is received, the return will be processed, and a refund will be issued within 30 days in the original form of payment. Hervé Léger also offers free exchanges online. International returns are the responsibility of the customer, including all return fees, taxes, and duties.
