Bigelius Skincare offers free shipping within Sweden for all orders. Customers can choose between Budbee or Postnord as their delivery options. If the requested products are in stock, the package will be delivered within 1-3 working days in Sweden. For international orders, Bigelius Skincare provides free shipping worldwide for orders over 50€. The packages are delivered by eTail. Customers can track their orders through the carrier's website. Bigelius Skincare delivers worldwide, except for North and South America. For customers in North and South America, they are directed to visit the Canadian partner's website.
Bigelius Skincare has a return policy that allows customers to return their order within 14 days of pick up to receive a full refund of the purchase value. To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must be kept in their original packaging, in good condition, and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for covering the freight costs for returns. It is important to note that refunds are not valid for discounted products. When returning a purchased product, the customer must clearly mark the returning parcel as "RETURNED GOODS".
