Standard shipping is complimentary and estimated to arrive within 2-6 business days depending on location, while expedited shipping with FedEx Standard Overnight is available for a fee of $20. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and its external territories, and PO Box addresses are accepted for standard deliveries. Malin Goetz has a return policy that requires customers to obtain approval from the customer service team before sending back a product. Products purchased through the corporate website can be returned through the website, while products purchased from other retailers must be returned through them. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and the product must be at least 75% full to be eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. The company does not accept returns for items that are used or opened. It typically takes the company up to 30 days to process a return.
