For international orders, Ana Luisa offers shipping to more than 200 countries via DHL with a delivery window of 3-5 business days. Customers can get free shipping through DHL mail for orders of $125 and up, or shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for orders less than that amount.

Mejuri's shipping policy states that the indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If the order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Ana Luisa offers returns within 30 days from date of purchase for unworn jewelry that is returned in its original condition. To return an item, US customers can begin the process at the returns portal on the brand website, while international buyers should head to the international returns portal.
