If you spend $75 or more, you will get free Standard Shipping. For orders shipping to Canada, Outdoor Voices offers Standard Shipping at a flat fee of $25. You can also upgrade to either 2-Day Shipping for $20 or Overnight Shipping for $30. Alo Yoga offers a 30 day return policy on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused. Customers in the US can use the prepaid label included in their shipment and drop the package off at UPS or FedEx. Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping and should use a tracked option. Bodysuits, underwear, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Items purchased in store can be returned in store or online. Refunds should take 2-4 days to process once the return is received.

Outdoor Voices offers free returns for orders shipped to the United States that are not marked final sale. For orders shipped to Canada, Outdoor Voices only accepts returns on orders that don’t quite work out and there is a $25 flat fee that is deducted from the return when processed.
