Final sale items, personalized items, and bottles cannot be returned. Women's swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact, while men's swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging. Supplements can only be returned if they are unopened and in perfect resalable condition. Multiple returns must be registered separately and cannot be returned in one package. Proof of return postage receipts should be retained. Exchanges are available in select stores, but not in all locations. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. If an exchange cannot be processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. To receive a full refund, items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition with their original packaging. Damaged, worn, or unsuitable items will not be eligible for a refund. The processing time for a refund is up to 5 working days.
