OSEA offers shipping to the 50 United States, Canada, and many other countries. Domestic orders of $60 or more qualify for free Standard shipping, while orders under $60 have a flat rate of $7.95 for Standard shipping. Customers can also choose UPS 2nd Day Air for faster delivery at an additional fee. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, the US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. International shipping is available through a third-party partner called Passport, with two options: DDP and DDU. DDP allows customers to pre-pay for duties and taxes for door-to-door shipping with no additional charges, while DDU requires customers to pay for shipping only and pay taxes and duties upon package pickup at their local post office. It's important to note that international orders may take up to a week to process before shipping, and there may be delays up to four weeks in transit due to limited transportation, customs, and/or restrictions.

OSEA offers a 30-day return policy for their products. If a customer finds that their OSEA product(s) are not suitable for their skin, they may send them back within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or Instant Credit, excluding the original shipping cost. A $5 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping label. Sets or collections must be returned in their entirety. Any discounts applied to the order will be prorated in the refund amount.
