Rhode processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day, but it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Standard shipping via DHL is available for most domestic locations and costs $4.95, with delivery taking 3-4 business days after fulfillment. Orders over $40 within the continental USA are eligible for free standard shipping, but this does not apply to priority shipping methods. Priority shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $12.95, but delivery times may be longer. Rhode currently ships to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. Shipping to Canada will be available soon, but international shipping is not currently available. Rhode does not support the use of freight forwarders and cannot guarantee the proper delivery of goods or accept returns for orders delivered to a freight forwarder or shipment location not on their approved list.

Rhode's return policy allows customers to return their purchased items within 30 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, customers should email the brand's team at hello@rhodeskin.com and include their order number. However, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
