Neuro offers a straightforward shipping policy for its customers. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for weekends and holidays, after receiving the order confirmation email. Customers will receive a notification when the order is shipped. Neuro offers a 30-day return policy for its products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can email support@getneuro.com to initiate the return process. Unopened packs should be returned to Neuro Fulfillment at 5041 West 2400 South, Suite 100, West Valley City, UT 84120. Once the return is received, the customer will receive an email notification.
