HigherDose offers domestic and international shipping options. For domestic orders, blankets are shipping around 4-6 weeks after the order due to current shipping times. For international orders, HigherDose ships to Canada, the UK, and the EU with the appropriate plugs and voltages. HigherDose offers a 14-day return period for unopened blankets, or exchanges for defective blankets. To return an item, customers must contact the brand via email, provide the products they'd like to return and an explanation, confirm all information is correct, print a label, and ship it through the nearest post office. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be approved by HigherDose before a refund or exchange is processed.
