Dr. Squatch offers both domestic and international shipping options. For domestic shipping within the US, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while priority shipping takes 3-4 business days and expedited shipping takes 2 business days. Large orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground shipping, and customers will receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 business days after their package has shipped. For Canadian customers, standard ground shipping also takes 3-7 business days, and orders are not subject to any taxes or duties upon delivery. International shipping is available for select countries, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the country and size of the order. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or member states of the EU will be shipped DDP, while all other countries will be shipped DDU. Dr. Squatch covers the cost of safely transporting products to the agreed-upon destination, but taxes and duties may be required for packages entering certain countries.
