Beautycounter Products’s Shipping Policy
Beautycounter offers three shipping options for domestic customers: Standard (5-14 business days) for $7-$30; 2-Day (2-4 business days) for $13-$40; and Next Day (1-3 business days) for $20-$45. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days and customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once their order ships. For purchases over $50, Beautycounter offers free standard shipping. International customers will receive a shipping quote based on their order and destination.
Beautycounter Products’s Return Policy
Beautycounter offers a straightforward return policy, allowing customers to return products within 60 days of purchase, even if they have been used. To return an item, customers must go to the returns page, enter their order number and shipping zip code, and follow the steps listed. They must then print the prepaid return shipping label, pack up the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop off the return package at the nearest USPS location. Beautycounter does not accept returns on certain items such as gift cards and e-gift cards. Returns are usually processed within 14 business days of receiving the item.
