Joya offers shipping to US and Canadian addresses only at this time. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the region it will be shipped to. However, free standard shipping is available for orders over $45 in the US and over $60 in Canada before tax. Standard shipping times within the US average 3 business days, while in Canada it is 1-7 business days. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. Joya ships to Alaska and Hawaii via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and P.O. Boxes are acceptable. Unfortunately, APO/FPO addresses are not currently serviced.
Joya offers a 30-day return policy for their products, excluding chocolate or any other temperature-sensitive items. The item must be in its original sellable condition with tamper seals intact if applicable. If the product is faulty, does not match its description, or fails to perform its function, a refund will be made in the original payment method or store credit will be awarded. Customers can contact Joya to initiate a return.
