Innate offers fast and efficient shipping for their products. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and customers will receive a notification when their order has shipped. Shipping within the UK is free and takes 1 to 2 business days with Royal Mail 1st Class. International shipping is also available to almost all countries with prices ranging from £5 to £28 depending on the shipping option chosen. Standard International Tracked takes 3 to 5 business days for EU countries and 6 to 7 business days for international shipping. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred. Innate accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery and refunds the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Innate has a 30-day return policy for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must contact the company to start a return and will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are not eligible for return. Once the return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval status and refunded on their original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to process.
