Flewd offers free standard 3-day shipping for all U.S. merchandise orders that are $80 and over (excluding taxes). This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes one business day and orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday to Friday. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, Flewd offers USPS shipping services. Orders $80 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. However, select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Flewd also ships internationally, and for other destinations, customers can visit their International Shipping Information page for details. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority, and due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. If a customer's shipment contains restricted items, they must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post). When an order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, customers will receive multiple shipments. Flewd does not charge an additional shipping fee when an order is split into multiple shipments.
Flewd has a return, refund, and exchange policy for both online and in-store purchases. Customers can return products in new or gently used condition if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase or gift. Flewd reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and monitors return activity for abuse.
