BioTRUST offers free standard ground shipping for all recurring Subscribe & Save orders to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands, regardless of order value. Non-recurring, one-time orders to these locations will ship at a flat rate of $6.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may incur higher import duties or tariffs. International customers are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges determined by their local government.

BioTRUST offers a straightforward return policy for their products. Once the customer contacts customer service, a pre-addressed label will be sent to their email address on file. The customer is responsible for return postage, and BioTRUST recommends using delivery confirmation to avoid delays. The unused and empty product, along with the original invoice, must be returned within 60 days from the billing date. BioTRUST will process refunds to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. However, used or empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. BioTRUST will not accept empty product containers for a six-month supply after only one or two months.
