Customers may request a refund or exchange for another product of equivalent value within 30 days from the date of purchase, minus shipping/handling, VAT, or duties. Refunds are only applicable to the first order and do not apply to subsequent shipments. If a refund request is made outside of the 30-day guarantee, a refund cannot be issued. Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process. The Carry-on capsule case is not eligible for refunds.
