International shipping is also available to many countries, with duties collected at checkout. For UK and EU orders under £135 and €150 respectively, Passport Shipping will be the seller. Orders to Canada and Australia must contain no more than a 90-day supply per product to pass through customs, while the limit for Japan is a 2-month supply. For the best and fastest service on PR Lotion orders within the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, customers are recommended to purchase from local partners. Subscription orders over $75 within the US also ship for free, with cancellations required 24 hours before the subscription renews. All international orders are final and not eligible for returns.
Amp Human has a return policy that allows customers to return their purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days. However, shipping charges are non-refundable, including return shipping. Apparel and gear cannot be returned, but customers can contact the company if they have any problems with their purchase to see if a fix can be found.
