Firsthand offers both domestic and international shipping options for their customers. For domestic deliveries within the US, Firsthand utilizes USPS and the estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days once the order has been shipped. Shipping is free for orders over $20, while orders under $20 are charged a flat rate of $4.50. Orders placed and paid for before 12PM EST will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed and paid for after 12pm EST will be shipped the next day. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped. For international shipping, Firsthand uses DHL Express, which typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped. International shipping rates vary based on location and DHL pricing available. It is important to note that any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the buyer.

Firsthand has a customer-friendly return policy that allows customers to return their products within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers need to use the RETURN PORTAL on the Firsthand website and provide their order number and the reason for the return request. Once the return request is approved, Firsthand will provide a prepaid return label for the customer to ship the product back. It is important to note that the refund will be processed only after the product is received by the Firsthand team. After the return package is received, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit card refund to appear on the customer's statement.
