Moon offers shipping to several countries in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and domestic locations in the US. Orders placed before 10:00am PST on weekdays will ship the same day. Customers will receive email updates about their order status and a tracking number once their order ships. Moon does not cover international shipping duties and taxes for most countries, but duties and taxes for Canada and Australia are collected at checkout. Standard ground shipping is free for orders over $50 USD before tax, and a $5-$10 up-charge will be applied to shipments to AK, HI, and PR. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the customer's address. In case of lost or stolen shipments, customers can contact Moon's customer support to file a claim.
Moon Oral Care offers a 30-day return policy for orders placed through their website. To request a refund, customers must email the support team with their order number and a brief message explaining the reason for the return. The item must be in new and unopened condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable for orders placed within the United States. International orders are also subject to non-refundable duties and taxes. Final sale items are nonrefundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, and customers should contact their bank or credit card company for the status of their refund. Moon reserves the right to verify refund requests and request a return of the products purchased.
