For domestic orders, Modern Fertility ships within 1-2 weeks and packages are shipped under the name “Modern Health.” Customers can track their orders as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the US, and the cost to ship the blood sample back for testing is also covered by the brand. Unfortunately, the main Hormone Test is not available in NY, NJ, and RI.Modern Fertility does not ship internationally.
Modern Fertility offers a reasonable return policy for their Hormone Test, Ovulation Test, Pregnancy Test, and Prenatal Vitamins. Customers can get a full refund within 24 hours of placing their order. If the customer contacts Modern Fertility for a refund within 30 days, they will still receive a refund minus the shipping and handling cost of $27. However, if the customer has completed the test or 30 days have passed since the order, no refund will be available. The Ovulation Test, Pregnancy Test, and Prenatal Vitamins cannot be returned under any circumstance. There is no specified time frame for how long it takes the company to process a return.
