Gooselings ships orders Monday through Friday and strives to ship orders within one day, except for monogrammed orders which may take an additional two days. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to follow their product. Transit times in the U.S. can vary between 2-5 business days depending on the location. However, Gooselings is not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages during transit and customers are advised to contact the shipping courier directly in such cases. For international orders, there is a flat fee of $20 to Canada and $40 to the rest of the world, but customers are responsible for any custom charges. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
Gooselings has a customer-friendly return policy. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can return or exchange their product. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, but the cost of shipping to return the item will be deducted from the refund. Gooselings does not accept returns of monogrammed items, masks, and international shipments. The returned product must be in new, unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery. If a customer received an item as a gift, they need to email the receipt of proof of purchase to Gooselings to receive additional return instructions.
