CB2’s Shipping Policy
CB2 is a brand that values quick and economical shipping for their customers. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded during checkout to provide better rates and times for consolidated orders. CB2’s Return Policy
CB2 has a return policy that allows customers to return non-furniture items in new and unused condition within 90 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Furniture and rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup, in new and resalable condition with a valid proof of purchase. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Items purchased outside of the U.S. may only be returned or exchanged within the country of purchase or sent back to the address on the return label. CB2 will do their best to make things right if the customer is not satisfied.
