After the 30-night adjustment period for mattresses, customers can return products in donatable condition within the trial period, and refunds will be issued in the original payment form. Return shipping is free within the United States and Canada, and customers must follow the return procedure provided by Casper. Final sale or clearance items, products sold through the Casper Rest Stop, and bundled products are exceptions to the return policy, and restrictions apply to the number of products that can be returned.
