Free shipping
ChiliSleep offers free standard US shipping for orders within the continental US. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore United States territories, orders may take 7-10 business days. For international orders, shipping may take up to 8-12 business days. ChiliSleep does not ship to select countries, which can be found on their website. Customers will receive a tracking number upon confirmation of their order via email. For purchases over a certain price, ChiliSleep offers free shipping.
Chili Sleep return policy
90-day return window
ChiliSleep offers a 90 Night Sleep Trial warranty, allowing customers to return their products within 90 days if they are unsatisfied. To return an item, customers can access the return portal by clicking the ChiliSleep logo and scrolling down to the menu below. ChiliSleep will issue an authorization number and refund the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product back. However, ChiliSleep cannot process returns for chiliPADS and OOLER systems purchased from third-party retailers. Additionally, ChiliSleep has a 2-year warranty on certain products which covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
