Parachute offers several shipping methods to customers within the U.S.A., including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is available for all products and is shipped via UPS Ground, while USPS is used for PO Box addresses. Faster shipping is also available for a fee of $20 or 15% of the order total, with a 3-4 day shipping window. Oversized ground shipping is offered for items such as nightstands, benches, floor lamps, select side tables, and 8x10 and larger rugs, with a flat rate of $99 per item. White glove delivery is available for mattresses, bed frames, sofas, chairs, coffee tables, and select side tables, with a flat rate of $199 per item. Parachute does not support shipping to APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Customers can track their shipments using their order number and email. Parachute is committed to sustainability and offers information on how to recycle their packaging materials.

Parachute offers a 60-day return policy for most items, except for mattresses, furniture, last chance items, and final sale items. Returns can be made by mail, in-store, or at a Happy Returns Bar. However, due to size restrictions, some items cannot be returned at Happy Returns Bars, such as duvet inserts, pillows, mattress pads, mattress toppers, rugs, or oversized quilts. The company offers a free 100-night trial for mattresses and accepts returns of oversized items subject to a restocking fee of 15% of item total. Final sale products cannot be returned outside of the 24-hour order cancellation window. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers can expect a 10 to 14 business day processing time for returns by mail. If a customer needs to exchange an item, limited exchanges are available at Happy Returns Bars and by mail, but only for the same product in a different color.
