Rove Concepts offers shipping to the USA and Canada, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut. Standard shipping has an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit and includes delivery to the threshold, while White Glove shipping has an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit and includes delivery appointment, inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. Custom orders have a lead time of 8-20 weeks. Shipping prices are calculated on website prices before discounts, coupon codes, and/or vouchers are applied, and additional shipping fees may be applicable for isolated or rural areas. Canadian standard shipments in rural areas may be a curbside delivery service only. Customers may include delivery instructions or special requests during checkout. 30-day return window
Rove Concepts offers a return policy for unsatisfied customers. To initiate a return, customers must notify the company via the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page. The returned product(s) must be received back to the warehouse in good condition within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. The order number must be clearly marked on all boxes. Only items in original packaging and like-new condition can be returned. Standard Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable. Custom orders, Final Sale items, polycarbonate items, and any part(s) orders cannot be returned or refunded. The company stands behind the quality of their products and offers a limited warranty. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and photographs must be attached to the claim within 3 calendar days. Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase, and it may take up to 5 business days for credit to appear.
