Your Daye offers a $3 delivery for its tampon subscription plan to customers in select countries such as Germany and France. Customers living in Europe can expect their packages to arrive in 3 to 6 working days. Unfortunately, Your Daye does not ship to the United States at this time. For domestic customers, Your Daye does not have a clear shipping policy. However, customers who spend over a certain amount may be eligible for free shipping or a discounted shipping rate.

Daye has a return policy that allows customers to cancel orders until a packing or shipping confirmation email has been sent. If a cancellation is made within fourteen (14) days of purchase and the products are unopened, unused, or consumed, a refund will be issued for the purchase price paid to Daye, except for Kits where a 20% deduction will be made. Shipping and handling costs plus tax are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Refund requests must be made through the DHP Account or by emailing hello@yourdaye.com. Refunds will be issued within forty-five (45) days of the request, provided that Daye has received all returned products in satisfactory condition.
