Bace Health currently ships within the United States using USPS. All orders are shipped within 5 business days and customers will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. USPS has stated that they do not guarantee their ship times and delivery may take longer than the projected 3-5 business days for First Class USPS packages. Bace Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Bace Health offers a "happiness guarantee" on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, they offer a full refund, without return necessary, no questions asked. However, this guarantee is only applicable to your first purchase and cannot be used more than once per individual. For subsequent orders, you may request a refund within 30 days from when the order was placed, but the item must be 80% unused and in its original packaging. They do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items. If an item is not in its original condition, is opened and/or used, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons out of our control, a partial refund may be issued. Any item that is returned past 90 days may qualify for a partial refund. Bace Health does not allow refunds of orders that were placed more than 30 days from the point of contact.
