Yellowberry offers free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Overnight shipping is available for $45. International customers will have their shipping fees calculated at checkout and are responsible for additional taxes and duties upon entry to their country. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Yellowberry ships orders within one to three business days and customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yellowberry has a return policy that allows for returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Hangtags must be attached and proof of payment must be provided. Bundles must be returned in full for a refund. Gift cards, special sale or promotions, and "Last Chance" items are final sale and cannot be returned. International orders are also not eligible for return. To exchange a product, customers must return it and place a new order. Once a return is received, Yellowberry will credit the original form of payment within 30 days. There is a $7.50 return fee that will be deducted from the refund. Items returned after the 30-day policy will be donated and no refunds will be issued. Worn or soiled items are also not eligible for return. Yellowberry does not accept returns for ineligible items such as those on sale or gift cards. If a package is lost, Yellowberry can only refund or reship after 30 days and confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package was lost.
