MeUndies provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for their first order of underwear, socks, or bralettes, allowing customers to return or exchange the items within 90 days of purchase with no questions asked. For all other products, with the exception of final sale items and non-refundable Mystery Packs, returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the order, as long as the items are in their original condition and any attached packaging is returned with the item. Returns and exchanges on items purchased at MeUndies retail locations are handled in-store only. US orders are provided with free return postage, while international orders, including Canadian orders, are not eligible for return postage.
