Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers should wear underwear when trying on the items for the first time. To start a return or exchange, customers must go to the return portal on the SKIMS website and follow the steps provided. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to customers, which must be printed off and attached to the return package. The original packing slip must also be included. After dropping off the package at the Post Office, SKIMS will inspect the return, which can take up to 5 business days.
