Gooseberry Intimates ships all orders within 2/3 business days of purchase from their warehouse in Bali. Processing times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions. All orders are shipped through DHL EXPRESS with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days. Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen events. Gooseberry Intimates offers free international shipping for orders over $125, a $15 flat fee for orders under $125, and a $20 flat fee on orders under $50. For out of range countries, there is free shipping for orders over $180 and a $30 flat fee for orders under $180. However, certain out of range countries and regional or remote areas within Australia are not supported by DHL and will be shipped with regular express post (5-10 business days). Gooseberry Intimates is unable to ship to PO Boxes and to certain countries such as Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics. Customers may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on their location. Gooseberry Intimates does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country the order is being shipped to. If customers refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Gooseberry, they will contact the customer regarding a re-shipment or refund. Customers should contact their local Customs office for more clarity and information on Customs and Duties fees.

Gooseberry Intimates has a return policy that allows customers to return their items within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Full price orders can be returned for free by dropping them off at a Happy Returns location in the US or by mailing them back to the US return center using a pre-paid label for a $10 processing fee. Canadian customers can also use a pre-paid return label for a $10 processing fee. British customers can return their orders to the UK return center, but no return label is provided. Australian and New Zealand customers can return their items to the Australian return center, but no return label is provided. European customers can return their items to the Belgium center, but no return label is provided. Customers in the rest of the world must purchase a return label from their local post office and return their items to the Bali warehouse; the cost of the return is not covered by Gooseberry. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, and proof is provided by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must use registered or traceable postal services to return their items, and Gooseberry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. If a customer receives a faulty item, they can email Gooseberry to arrange a prepaid return postage label. The company will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
