US orders ship domestically from New York with free ground shipping on orders over $150 ($10 flat fee under $150). International orders ship from Bali via DHL Express with 3-6 business day estimated delivery; free for orders over $200 USD, $15 flat fee for orders under $200 USD.

Gooseberry Intimates has a return policy that allows customers to return their items within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Full price orders can be returned for free by dropping them off at a Happy Returns location in the US or by mailing them back to the US return center using a pre-paid label for a $10 processing fee. Canadian customers can also use a pre-paid return label for a $10 processing fee. British customers can return their orders to the UK return center, but no return label is provided. Australian and New Zealand customers can return their items to the Australian return center, but no return label is provided. European customers can return their items to the Belgium center, but no return label is provided. Customers in the rest of the world must purchase a return label from their local post office and return their items to the Bali warehouse; the cost of the return is not covered by Gooseberry. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, and proof is provided by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must use registered or traceable postal services to return their items, and Gooseberry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. If a customer receives a faulty item, they can email Gooseberry to arrange a prepaid return postage label. The company will replace the faulty item if stock is available or refund upon return.
