Naja’s Shipping Policy

Naja offers free standard shipping for US orders over $100 via UPS Ground. International shipping is also available via UPS with prices shown at checkout. However, the customer will be responsible for paying their own country's specific duties and taxes upon arrival. Shipping confirmation emails with tracking details are sent once orders are dispatched, which usually takes 1-2 business days. Pre-order is also available for products that are on pre-order for 8-12 weeks, and shipping is done about a week after the inventory is received. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers are advised to contact their shipper for further delivery details. Naja ships to the address specified in the order, and is not responsible for issues relating to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Naja’s Return Policy

Naja's return policy requires all eligible merchandise to be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all Naja tags attached. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, undies cannot be returned. Additionally, all swim and sale items are final sale. Full priced items purchased using a sale discount code will only be accepted for store credit. If returned merchandise is in a condition inconsistent with the guidelines of the return policy, a reconditioning fee of $7.50 will be charged if the garment can be repaired. Merchandise that cannot be repaired will not be accepted for return or exchange. Customers have 15 days from the day of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Naja does not pay for return shipping. Items returned after the 15-day return period cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, customers must email Naja for proper information to process the return or exchange. Naja will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing the returned order in their warehouse.
