Worldwide Cyclery offers free shipping to the United States for orders over $45. Shipping is typically done through USPS, but customers can choose FedEx Ground for an additional fee. Orders ship within 0-5 business days and customers receive a tracking number via email. International shipping is available on 99% of products, with customers responsible for all duties and taxes. Shipping costs are calculated using the Shipping Rates Calculator on the cart page. Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to brand restrictions. The brand does not ship to certain countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. If an item needs to be expedited, customers should contact Worldwide Cyclery before placing their order.

Worldwide Cyclery offers a 45-day return period for new items in their original packaging and in the same new condition as received. Bikes and frames are only eligible for store credit. Used or installed items are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer or available for store credit with a minimum 20% restocking fee. Soft goods, shoes, and helmets must have all new tags and packaging to be accepted for return. Returns past one year will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. International returns may result in a refund for a different amount due to exchange rates. Customers may ship returns to any of the three Worldwide Cyclery locations listed on the return form available on their website. The company will handle refunds or exchanges immediately if there was an error on their end or the item was damaged in shipping.
