Onewheel, a brand by Future Motion, accepts returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. However, they are unable to accept refunds on any opened or used Onewheel boards or accessories. A restocking fee will be applied, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The restocking fee varies depending on the product, with accessories having a 15% fee, and Onewheel Pint, Pint X, and GT having fees of $30, $40, and $50, respectively. If you purchased a bundle set, the entire bundle must be returned to qualify for a refund. To initiate a refund, customers must visit the support site and submit a request to initiate an RMA. Customers must pay for the return shipment to Future Motion and are recommended to use a shipping method with tracking.
