Ecotric Electric Bikes offers free shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the lower 48 states and Canada. Spare parts are shipped via USPS, while ebikes and batteries are shipped through UPS or FedEx. It is important to provide the correct shipping address, as any mistakes will result in the customer bearing the cost of a second shipment. Once the bike is shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery schedule.
Ecotric Electric Bikes offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for their electric bicycles. Customers must request a Return and Exchange Authorization by contacting Ecotric Support for a return label. The returned unit must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any missing components may be deducted from the refund, and any shipping damage during the ship-back may incur a deduction from the refund. Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original price. The refund will be issued in an average time frame of 2-3 weeks after receiving, inspecting, and processing the returned unit.
