Brompton offers free home delivery for bikes within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) through their Brompton to You service. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days and bikes arrive fully checked and ready to ride. For bags, parts, and accessories, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days using a tracked service. Click & Collect orders for bikes are also available and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Customers can only pick up their Click & Collect bikes at the selected dealer during checkout.

Brompton has a return policy for items purchased through their website. If a product is faulty or arrived damaged, the cost of return postage will be reimbursed. Unwanted items may be returned within 28 days at the customer's cost. Items purchased on the Brompton website cannot be returned to a Brompton Junction store or through an authorized dealer unless specified otherwise. Click & Collect bikes are excluded from returns.
