LeMond Bikes offers ground shipping for their products with a cost of $0. The bike will arrive at the customer's home 95% built, with only a few simple remaining steps required to complete assembly. The brand provides easy-to-follow instructions to guide customers through the process.

LeMond Bikes's Return Policy

LeMond Bikes offers a 14-day return policy for original owners. New condition items and used/undamaged items are accepted for returns. To initiate a return, customers must contact the customer service team within 14 days of delivery. The refund will consist of the original purchase value minus the original shipping cost, handling charges, and a 2.15% merchant fee incurred by LeMond. Bikes must have less than 20 miles ridden and include all original packaging, manuals, tags (if applicable), accessories, and components. Used returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. LeMond does not accept returns for items purchased outside of their website. For bikes, a LeMond representative will provide a return shipping label, and the bike must be repackaged as it arrived. Upon arrival, the bike will be inspected for any defects, and a refund will be processed. LeMond is not responsible for any damage that occurs while the return is in transit.
