The Pro's Closet strives to process and ship all orders within one business day, excluding federal holidays. They reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for the order at the time of shipment. Orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. In-store pickup and drop-off is available by appointment only at their Louisville, CO location. They are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military, and diplomatic addresses, but e-bikes are not eligible for shipping to these locations. Canadian orders are subject to additional import duties, taxes, and charges that are the responsibility of the buyer. The brand is only able to ship domestically to the 50 United States and all Canadian Provinces.

The Pro's Closet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If a customer is not satisfied with the bike or the fit is not right, the company will take it back with no questions asked. However, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order, and all items must be in the same condition as when received and in their original packaging. Clothing, footwear, and helmets must have manufacturer tags if applicable. If returning a bike or wheelset, customers must package them properly to minimize shipping damage. If any items are not returned in the condition they were received, without original packaging, and/or missing parts, they will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more. Gift cards are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.
